Our Medical District Branch is opening next week, and we couldn’t be more excited. We’ve assembled a great team to serve the neighborhood  – get to know them a little better before your first visit:

 

Richard Vassallo, Branch Manager
Leading our team at 821 Poplar is Richard, a veteran in Memphis-area retail banking, having served in Branch Manager roles at Cadence Bank, AM South and Regions.  He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University in Sacramento.

 

 

Sherri Parker, Universal Banker
Sherri is one of three Universal Bankers who will be working our lobby at 821 Poplar.  A talented financial services professional, she’ll be able to help with transactions simple and complex.  Her breadth of experience includes 20 years in customer service and 11 years in general management and sales director roles.

 

Appolonia Tritt, Universal Banker
Working the floor with Sherri will be Appolonia, another of our Universal Bankers.  Over the past 10+ years, she’s worked her way through the banking ranks, from recovery specialist, to retail banker, to Sr. Customer Service Rep, to personal loan specialist, making her an incredibly versatile resource for you.  She holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Capella University.

 

Derek Dillard, Universal Banker
Rounding out our Universal Banker trio is Derek.  He’s well-equipped to assist with all your financial needs, thanks to his 4 years in financial services.  His experience includes 2 years supervising a call center and a year supervising a branch.  He holds a Bachelor’s in Game Design and an Associate’s in Visual Communication, both from ITT Technical Institute.

 

Porshae Wilson, Teller
If you’re in a hurry and need to use 821’s drive-thru, Porshae’s is the smiling face you’ll see.  With 4 years of teller experience under her belt, she knows her stuff and can handle any situation requiring a capable teller.  She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
