An election for two board seats will take place. The election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor since the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled. No nominations by petition were filed. Orion’s Nominating Committee has nominated Harry Seratt and Calvin Anderson—the current holders of the seats—to continue to serve on the board.

Harry Seratt has served on Orion’s board of directors since 2007, including as the chair. In 2001, Mr. Seratt took early retirement after being Managing Director of Information Management at Federal Express, where he had worked since 1983. Outside of FedEx, he has worked as a consultant and in executive management in the fields of application development and database administration. Mr. Seratt holds an MS in Management from Memphis State.

Calvin Anderson is currently President of Clear Strategies Group, a public policy and healthcare consulting firm, and Chairman of Best Media Properties, LLC. Mr. Anderson retired in 2017 as senior vice president of corporate affairs and chief of staff for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee and has experience serving on boards and advisory councils that is far too extensive to list here. Mr. Anderson began serving on Orion’s Board of Directors in February 2018, by appointment of the Board to fill a vacancy.
