Orion Annual Membership Meeting

An election for two board seats will take place.  The election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor.  Orion’s Nominating Committee has nominated Andre Fowlkes, Chair, and Dr. Thomas Caplinger—the current holder of the seats—to continue to serve on the board.  Mr. Fowlkes is the President of Start Co. and has served on Orion’s board since 2011, serving on Orion’s Supervisory Committee prior to that.  Dr. Caplinger is a retired mathematics professor from the University of Memphis and has served on Orion’s board since 2010, also serving on Orion’s Supervisory Committee prior to that.
